It's the most wonderful time of the year

Not really. I don't like really hot weather all that much. It hasn't been sweltering the last few days, but I've been warmer than usual for about 24 hours & this is a problem for me.

But, I am happy to report that it's almost vacation time & that will be nice. We're not going far from home, but that is OK too. Maybe this fall we'll take a longer trip. Anyway, I'll just enjoy a few days with a lot less to do.

Enjoy your vacation. The time off from work will be refreshing, whether you go far from home or not.

Personally, I am looking forward to having a plantar wart cut out of my foot so I have an excuse to take a few days off. How pitiful is that?!
